Our exceptional photographers have many years experience with our Print-On-Site fashion studio at black tie events.
We have photographed guests at black tie functions through the UK.
From small events of 100 to over 1,000, we can cover any function with our mobile print-on-site studio and our shoot-and-share system.
Whether you are hosting a charity ball, an awards dinner or a corporate party, having our team attend your event is a fantastic way to document the memory of this special evening, and delight your guests at the same time.

We cover vast numbers of events with our premium print-on-site facilities. This can be for corporate and charity events.
Many awards dinners involve a quick photo of the recipient with the award presenter. We can do this for you, as well as provide the winner with a mounted print on the night. This offers a chance for them to take a physical momento home after the event.
At awards dinners and charity events, our photographic services can also involve photographing guests in the first hour of their arrival.
For awards dinners, whilst one of our team then photographs the awards ceremony, the rest of our teams have then printed, mounted and labelled the pictures for collection at the end of the meal!
Our print-on-site studio is also open throughout the evening.

Black Tie Events come in many shapes and forms.
Usually we arrive two hours before the first guests are due and set up our studio.
We are then ready to photograph guests on the studio during their arrival and and the drinks reception.
At most awards evenings, we photograph the speakers and each award as it is handed over.
We then re-open the studio during the after dinner drinks.

Each Black Tie event is different, so we ask for enough information to ensure that the event is viable.
Some clients prefer a pre-paid system, where guests are not charged for photography. Other may choose not to do a fully pre-paid system and would prefer for guests to choose and purchase their images.
